Sweet, tasty and healthy low fat raw vegan Valentine's cookies for you and your dearest!

White Valentine's Cookies:

250 g (1 2/3 cups) of dried figs

3 tablespoons of coconut flakes

Black Valentine's Cookies:

300 g (2 1/2 cups) fresh, pitted dates

3 tablespoons of raw carob powder


Chop up the figs and place them in the food processor together with the coconut flakes.

If needed, add just a bit of water to start blending and blend it all into the paste.

Repeat the process with the dates and carob.

While you might need some water for the fig paste, you won't need any water for the date paste.

So when you got the paste for the cookies, start molding it into heart shape cookies.

And keep molding until you fill up the tray.

Place the cookies into the fridge for at least an hour, to cool them.
