These cinnamon hearts are the perfect breakfast for Valentine’s Day (or any other day). So cute, really simple to prepare and the taste is phenomenal!

Ingredients

Rolls

6 bananas

Cinnamon Chocolate Cream

½ cup date paste

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp vanilla powder

1 tsp carob powder

Directions

Peel the bananas.

Slice each banana in three parts (lengthwise).

Place them on a dehydrator at 115F (46°C) for around 8 hours.

While the bananas dehydrate, create the cream. Mix the date paste with cinnamon, vanilla and carob powder.

Once the bananas are able to be handled without breaking, but not completely dry, take slices of and spread the cream on them.

Roll the bananas into a roll. And form a heart with two seperate rolls.

HOW TO MAKE A DATE PASTE?
Mix 2 cups of dates with 1 cup of water in the blender.
