Do you want to suprise someone with something sweet and healthy? This little donuts are truly amazing. They are super quick to prepare and super delicious. But don’t eat it by yourself alone, strive for mono meals of fruit during the day and green leafy vegetables plus other veggies for dinner and you will feel the best ever!

Ingredients

Donuts:

2,5 cups dates

1/3 cup coconut flakes

2 Tbsp carob flour

1 tsp vanilla powder

Coconut Glaze:

1/2 cup fresh coconut meat and 1 dcl fresh coconut water (1 young Thai coconut)

4/5 cups dates

1 tsp vanilla powder

Directions

In a food processor mix dates, add coconut flakes, carob and vanilla and mix until it sticks together.

Form balls then press down a little bit and make a hole in the middle. I used an apple corer which makes perfect little holes. 🙂

For the glaze mix everything in a blender until smooth.
