Tahini Salad Dressing (one of the best dressings!) Review Posted on January 4, 2015

You are right, fainulllka777, it has a little bit more fat than most of the recipes here, but it still doesn't go past 20g per serving.
Usually my salads are pretty big (500g/1 pound of greens + veggies) and this amount of the dressing is perfect. But if you eat smaller salads, you can make just half of the dressing. 🙂
I usually eat around 1600 - 1800 calories a day and even with this dressing, I still don't go past 10% of the fats. 😉 But still, there are days when I eat zero fats and there are days when I reach past 10%, but at the course of a week or a month, I stay below 10%. Sometimes it is ok to eat a little more fat, especially if this doesn't happen that often. 🙂
